Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp dry sherry
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 lemon slice

Instructions

  1. Cut the fryer into individual pieces such as legs.
  2. Mix soy sauce, dry sherry, and ginger in a bowl.
  3. Marinate the chicken pieces in the mixture for a short time if desired.
  4. Place the chicken pieces in a steamer basket.
  5. Steam the chicken over boiling water for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Serve with a slice of lemon for added flavor.
