Ingredients

  • 1 bushel oysters
  • 1 bottle margarine
  • 1 bottle hot sauce
  • 1 can Parmesan cheese
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare oysters as if you were going to serve them on the half shell.
  2. Place oysters on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on each oyster to taste.
  4. Put a drop of margarine and a drop of hot sauce on each oyster.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of each oyster.
  6. Place in a preheated 400° oven for 3 to 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
