Stephanie's 7 Layer Bars are rich, indulgent treats featuring a buttery crust topped with layers of chocolate chips, butterscotch, coconut, and nuts, all baked to perfection. Ingredients

  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Add graham cracker crumbs to the melted margarine.
  3. Press down to form a crust.
  4. Layer chocolate chips over the crust.
  5. Add butterscotch chips on top of the chocolate.
  6. Sprinkle coconut over the butterscotch layer.
  7. Add chopped nuts on top of the coconut.
  8. Pour Eagle Brand milk evenly over the entire pan.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 45 minutes.
  10. Allow to cool, then cut into squares with a greased knife.
