Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 4 carrots, cut in half
  • 4 stalks celery, cut in half
  • 2 onions, quartered
  • 1/2 lb. stew beef, in chunks
  • 1 envelope Lipton beefy mushroom soup
  • 3 cups water

Instructions

  1. In a large casserole dish, place potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, and stew beef.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, mix the Lipton beefy mushroom soup and water.
  3. Pour the soup mixture over the vegetables and meat in the casserole dish.
  4. Bake in a 375°F (190°C) oven for about 1 1/2 hours or until done.
