Sticky Biscuits are warm, gooey treats with melted marshmallow centers, coated in cinnamon-sugar, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings or sharing at gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (10 count) biscuits
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Lay biscuits out on waxed paper and flatten each biscuit with the palm of your hand.
  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
  3. Dip marshmallow halves in melted margarine and then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Place the marshmallow in the center of a flattened biscuit. Fold the biscuit around the marshmallow, sealing by pinching the edges together.
  5. Dip the filled biscuit in melted margarine and roll in the sugar-cinnamon mixture again.
  6. Place each biscuit in a muffin pan with the pinched edges down.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from muffin cups while still hot.
