- Cut the chuck roast into chunks.
- Put the meat into a large pan or crock-pot.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, then pour over the meat.
- Heat to a boil, then cover and simmer for 6 hours or bake in the oven at 300°F for 6 hours.
- When the meat can be shredded apart with a fork, it's done.
- Shred all the meat and mix well.
