Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup Wesson oil
  • 3 tablespoons cold milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F.
  2. Mix sifted flour and salt in a bowl.
  3. Pour Wesson oil and cold milk into a measuring cup without stirring.
  4. Add all at once to the flour mixture.
  5. Stir until the mixture is combined.
  6. Press the dough into balls.
  7. Smooth and flatten each ball slightly.
  8. Roll between two sheets of waxed paper.
  9. Press into pie pans.
