Ingredients

  • 1 lb. frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup tapioca
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Thaw and drain the frozen strawberries.
  2. Add water to the juice to make 2 1/2 cups.
  3. Mix the liquid, tapioca, sugar, and salt in a saucepan.
  4. Let stand for 5 minutes, then bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  5. Cool the mixture for 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in the berries and fold in 8 ounces of Cool Whip.
