Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup yellow split peas
  • 1/4 cup green split peas
  • 1/4 cup red kidney beans
  • 1/4 cup small white beans
  • 1/4 cup garbanzo beans
  • 1/4 cup baby lima beans
  • 1/4 cup pinto beans

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients and enough water and seasonings to a large crock-pot.
  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Simmer on high for 1 hour.
  4. Reduce heat to low and continue simmering until beans are tender as desired.
  5. Serve warm with soup crackers.
