Ingredients

  • 1/2 angel food cake
  • 1 (3 oz) pkg sugar-free strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (10 oz) pkg frozen strawberries
  • 1 carton low-fat strawberry yogurt

Instructions

  1. Tear baked angel food cake into 3/4-inch pieces and place in a serving dish.
  2. Prepare the strawberry gelatin using 1 cup water according to package instructions.
  3. When the gelatin is slightly thickened, stir in the frozen strawberries and strawberry yogurt.
  4. Pour the strawberry mixture over the angel food cake pieces.
  5. Refrigerate until set.
