Strawberry Bermuth Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 angel food cake
  • 1 small package vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 1 small package strawberry jello
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 pint frozen strawberries

Instructions

  1. Break up the angel food cake into small pieces and cover the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Mix one small package of vanilla pudding mix with one cup of milk until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla ice cream to the pudding mixture and beat until smooth.
  4. Pour the pudding mixture over the cake in the pan.
  5. Dissolve strawberry jello with one cup of hot water, stirring until fully dissolved.
  6. Let the strawberry mixture cool slightly, then add frozen strawberries and mix well.
  7. Pour the strawberry mixture over the vanilla pudding layer in the pan.
  8. Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate overnight before serving.
