Sweet and creamy strawberry bruschetta features toasted baguette slices topped with mascarpone, fresh strawberries, and a hint of cinnamon and honey, perfect for a light, fruity treat.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. baguette-style French bread
  • 8 oz. mascarpone cheese or cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 16 strawberries
  • honey

Instructions

  1. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices and arrange on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake in a 375°F oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Turn the oven to broil.
  4. While the bread is toasting, mix mascarpone cheese with brown sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
  5. Slice strawberries and set aside.
  6. Spread the mascarpone mixture onto the toasted bread slices.
  7. Top with sliced strawberries.
  8. Drizzle with honey before serving.
