Ingredients

  • 1 quart fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 1 (25.4 oz.) bottle pink champagne, chilled

Instructions

  1. Combine strawberries and lemonade in the container of an electric blender.
  2. Cover and process until smooth and thickened.
  3. Pour the strawberry mixture into a large pitcher or punch bowl.
  4. Add the chilled pink champagne and stir well to combine.
  5. Serve immediately.
