Ingredients

  • 46 oz. can pineapple juice, chilled
  • 6 oz. can frozen pink lemonade
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 quart strawberry ice cream

Instructions

  1. Mix together in a punch bowl sugar, pineapple juice, and pink lemonade.
  2. Add the strawberry ice cream (solid) to the mixture.
  3. Pour ginger ale over the ice cream and stir lightly to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.
