Ingredients

  • 11 oz. sugar-free strawberry gelatin
  • 2 small packages of strawberry gelatin
  • 1 package frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1 medium-sized can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 8 oz. light sour cream
  • 1 small package coconut

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberry gelatin according to the package instructions.
  2. Divide the prepared gelatin in half.
  3. Place one half in a serving bowl and refrigerate until set.
  4. Refrigerate the other half until it thickens.
