Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 large package vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 small package vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 quart sweetened strawberries

Instructions

  1. Make the yellow cake according to the directions on the box.
  2. Bake the cake in a 1/4 sheet pan and allow it to cool.
  3. In a bowl, beat together the sour cream and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat 2 cups of milk with the vanilla pudding mixes until smooth.
  5. Combine the vanilla pudding mixture with the cheese mixture and spread evenly over the cooled cake.
  6. Fold the sweetened strawberries into the Cool Whip.
  7. Spread the Cool Whip and strawberries over the pudding/cheese layer.
  8. Sprinkle with walnuts and refrigerate before serving.
