Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 peach, pitted and with skin on
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 fresh mint sprig or 1/4 teaspoon dried mint
  • pinch of ground ginger (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Whip until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
