Stroganoff Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. round steak
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion or 1/4 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Instructions

  1. Cube the steak and cook with onion in margarine until brown. Stir in rest of ingredients.
  2. Cover and cook 45 minutes.
  3. Serve over rice or noodles.
