Stroganoff With Venison

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cubed meat
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 pkg. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine seasoning and flour.
  2. Toss meat; brown in oil.
  3. Add mushrooms and onion.
  4. Continue to brown 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Add butter and 3 tablespoons flour.
  6. Mix broth and cook until thick. Add the meat mixture and sour cream.
  7. Cook 1 package noodles until tender.
  8. Serve meat over buttered noodles.
  9. This is good!!!!
