Ingredients

  • 1 Pillsbury pizza dough
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked broccoli or spinach, drained
  • 5 slices cooked ham, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup chopped mozzarella cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Roll out the pizza dough and grease a large pan.
  2. Place the dough on the prepared pan.
  3. In a bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, cooked ham, pepperoni, and chopped mozzarella.
  4. Mix the ingredients well.
  5. Spread the mixture onto the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border.
  6. Roll up the dough to enclose the filling and tuck in the ends.
  7. Bake at 375°F for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
