Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup crab meat
  • 12 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3/4 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • pinch of salt
  • green or black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Shred the crab meat and discard any shells.
  2. Cut peeled eggs in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and mash them or put through a ricer.
  4. Add crab meat, mayonnaise, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and freshly ground pepper to the yolks and mix well.
  5. Stuff each egg half with the mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika on top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate until chilled before serving.
