Stuffed Cube Steaks

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 c. stuffing mix
  • 4 cube steaks

Instructions

  1. Saute onion and celery in 4 tablespoons margarine for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove
  3. from
  4. heat.
  5. Add
  6. stuffing
  7. mix
  8. and toss to blend.
  9. Spread 1/3 cup mixture over each steak.
  10. Roll starting with narrow end. Secure with toothpicks.
