Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 lb. 4 1/2 oz. can pineapple slices, drained
  • 16 dates, pitted

Instructions

  1. Shape the cream cheese into 8 balls and roll each in chopped nuts.
  2. Cut the pineapple slices into eighths and stuff each into a pitted date.
  3. Place the cheese balls in the center of the remaining pineapple slices.
  4. Garnish with the stuffed dates, watercress, and lettuce.
  5. Serve immediately.
