Stuffed Lettuce

Instructions
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Stir in 1/4 cup mayonnaise, olives and onion.
- Core lettuce; remove center, leaving 1-inch shell.
- Fill with cheese mixture.
- Wrap in foil.
- Mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise with remaining ingredients.
- Cover; chill lettuce and dressing overnight.
- Cut lettuce into wedges.
- Garnish salad plate with cucumbers, olives and dill pickle strips.
- Serves 6.
