A flavorful baked fish stuffed with seafood medley, bacon, and seasoned with lemon and spices, perfect for seafood lovers and family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb seafood medley (crab, vegetables, mayo)
  • garlic salt
  • 6 strips bacon
  • 1/2 lemon
  • black pepper
  • mayonnaise
  • 1 to 2 lb snapper (cut from top and deboned)

Instructions

  1. Massage mayonnaise on the inside and outside of the fish.
  2. Season the fish with garlic salt and black pepper.
  3. Stuff the seafood medley into the fish cavity.
  4. Place bacon strips over the fish and slice the lemon, laying the slices on top.
  5. Wrap the fish with ti leaves and foil.
  6. Bake at 350°F in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
