Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 bell pepper
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil ribs for 10 minutes and save the broth.
  2. Cut the loaf of bread into small pieces.
  3. Arrange the ribs and bread in a pan, covered with aluminum foil.
  4. Add 1/2 cup of the reserved broth over the mixture.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
