Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo shell macaroni
  • 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 2 (29 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain macaroni shells.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine cheeses, eggs, bread crumbs and parsley.
  4. Stuff each cooled shell with cheese mixture. Pour layer of spaghetti sauce in a large baking dish. Arrange stuffed shells, seam side down, over sauce.
  5. Pour remaining sauce over shells.
  6. Sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese over top.
  7. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
  8. Serves 8 to 10.
