Stuffed Snapper Fillets
Ingredients
- 4 red snapper fillets, skin on and deboned
- 1/2 lb. crabmeat, flaked or chopped ⓘ
- 1/2 onion, diced fine ⓘ
- 2 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 can cream of celery soup, add more if needed to hold together ⓘ
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce ⓘ
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 egg, beaten ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 1 tsp. dry mustard ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. butter ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and mound on the flesh side of the snapper fillet. Place on greased sheet pan, skin side down. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes until fillet is flaky and stuffing has browned.
