- In an 8 x 12-inch deep pan, combine wine, oil, water, and paprika.
- Using a bone saw, cut off 2 to 3 inches of bone from each turkey leg.
- Stuff the legs with garlic and cayenne peppers.
- Season the stuffed legs and wrap each with a slice of Canadian bacon.
- Place the wrapped legs in the pan and cover tightly with foil.
- Bake for 2 hours at 350°F (175°C).
- Uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Serve the stuffed turkey legs with dressing, snap bean casserole, hot brandy peaches, and French bread.
