Ingredients

  • 3 qt. prepared STOVE TOP Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix, Flex Prep
  • 2 doz. eggs
  • 1 cup OSCAR MAYER Bacon Pieces
  • 2 cups shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Press 1/2 cup stuffing onto bottom and up side of each of 24 greased 4-inch muffin cups (or each of 6 greased muffin cups for trial recipe).
  2. Break 1 egg into each cup; top with remaining ingredients.
  3. Bake in 325 degrees F convection oven 15 to 18 min.
  4. or until yolks are almost set.
  5. Let stand 5 min.
  6. before removing from pans.
