Ingredients

  • 2 loaves bread, cut in cubes
  • 3 tsp chicken base
  • 2 tsp oleo, melted
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1/3 cup celery leaves
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 7 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Saute onions, celery leaves, and sausage until well done.
  2. Add the sautéed mixture to the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Scoop the mixture into small balls and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Flatten the balls and brown in oleo until done.
