Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (3 oz.) package strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients in the order given and beat for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Pour the batter evenly into three greased and floured 10 x 13-inch cake pans.
  3. Bake at 350°F until done, approximately 30 minutes.
  4. Allow the cakes to cool before frosting and serving.
