Juicy salmon steak infused with Old Bay Seasoning, topped with fresh lemon, onion, and tomato slices, then steamed to perfection on the barbecue for a flavorful meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 large boned salmon steak
  • Old Bay Seasoning Mix
  • lemon slices
  • onion slices
  • tomato slices

Instructions

  1. Place the salmon steak in the middle of a piece of foil.
  2. Sprinkle the salmon liberally with Old Bay Seasoning Mix, covering the entire surface.
  3. Arrange lemon slices on top of the seasoned salmon.
  4. Add onion slices on top of the lemon slices.
  5. Place tomato slices over the onion slices.
  6. Fold the foil around the salmon, crimping the edges to seal.
  7. Place the foil packet on the barbecue with seams up.
  8. Steam for 30 minutes.
