- Place the salmon steak in the middle of a piece of foil.
- Sprinkle the salmon liberally with Old Bay Seasoning Mix, covering the entire surface.
- Arrange lemon slices on top of the seasoned salmon.
- Add onion slices on top of the lemon slices.
- Place tomato slices over the onion slices.
- Fold the foil around the salmon, crimping the edges to seal.
- Place the foil packet on the barbecue with seams up.
- Steam for 30 minutes.
