Instructions
- Melt butter in a 9-inch square baking dish.
- Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over melted butter.
- Layer all ingredients—flaked coconut, butterscotch chips, chocolate chips—alternately over the cereal, except for the condensed milk.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layered ingredients.
- Bake in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 25 minutes.
- Refrigerate until set and then cut into squares.
