Ingredients

  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup seasoned flour (salt and pepper)
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Dip tomato slices in seasoned flour.
  2. Cook in margarine over low heat until lightly browned on both sides; remove to a heated plate.
  3. Stir cream of mushroom soup and milk into the skillet; heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour the sauce over the fried tomatoes and serve.
