Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. grated cucumber, drained
  • 3/4 c. carrots, grated
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. salad dressing
  • dash of salt
  • dash each: garlic salt, onion salt and celery salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients which have either been grated or finely chopped. Cucumbers should be grated on a paper towel to absorb moisture.
