Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini or summer squash
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 (4 oz.) package shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 onion

Instructions

  1. Slice the zucchini, tomato, and onion.
  2. Place the sliced vegetables into a baking dish and cover with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  3. Bake at 350°F, covered, for 45 minutes.
