Summertime Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup teriakyi sauce
  • 5 piece chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Heat all the marinade ingredients in a sauce pan.
  2. Remove from heat before it starts to boil.
  3. Let set 5-10 before pouring over chicken.
  4. Cover and place in fridge for at least 30 mins.
  5. I tend to leave it for a couple hours.
  6. Place on grill and brush with BBQ sauce repeatedly til done.
  7. Cooking time will vary depending on thickness of chicken.
  8. I usually cook mine 20 mins.
