Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked ham
  • 2 lbs lean fresh pork
  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon clove

Instructions

  1. Grind together ham and pork.
  2. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a large loaf pan at.
  3. 325 deg. for 1-1/2 hours.
