Sunflower Seed Bread

- Grease bottoms only of bread pans.
- Dissolve yeast with 2 tablespoons honey and small amount of warm water.
- Set until bubbly.
- Add to milk and rest of honey, 4 tablespoons margarine and salt.
- Add 10 cups flour, one cup at a time; stir in until soft dough forms.
- Stir in seeds.
- Spread elastic and has a sort of "sheen."
- Add flour as needed.
- Let rise until double (1 to 2 hours).
- Shape into loaves (4).
- Let rise until double.
- Brush with remaining margarine.
- Bake at 375° about 45 minutes.
