- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sift the flour into a mixing bowl.
- Add the powdered milk, white sugar, melted butter, and melted shortening to the flour.
- Mix until well combined and the mixture is crumbly.
- Press the mixture into polvoron molds or a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool before removing from molds.
- Serve and enjoy!
