Ingredients

  • 3 cups sifted flour
  • 2 cups powdered milk
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup melted shortening

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sift the flour into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the powdered milk, white sugar, melted butter, and melted shortening to the flour.
  4. Mix until well combined and the mixture is crumbly.
  5. Press the mixture into polvoron molds or a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool before removing from molds.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
