Ingredients

  • 1 c. walnuts
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. grated raw potato
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. onion, grated
  • 1/2 c. ground sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. safflower oil
  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning

Instructions

  1. Mix well and let store with cover over it for 1/2 hour.
  2. Bake for 1 hour at 300° to 350°.
  3. Serve Sunflower Seed Roast with mushroom gravy.
