- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Using a sharp knife, cut off the tops of the rolls and pull out the centers, leaving 1/2 inch in bottom and on sides.
- Place the hollowed rolls on a baking dish and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter.
- Stir in the minced garlic.
- Using a pastry brush, brush the inside of each roll with the garlic butter.
- Bake the rolls until crisp, about 10 minutes.
- Turn over after 5 minutes and continue baking until fully crisp.
