Ingredients

  • 4 large kaiser rolls
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can milk or water
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese cubes

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut off the tops of the rolls and pull out the centers, leaving 1/2 inch in bottom and on sides.
  3. Place the hollowed rolls on a baking dish and set aside.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter.
  5. Stir in the minced garlic.
  6. Using a pastry brush, brush the inside of each roll with the garlic butter.
  7. Bake the rolls until crisp, about 10 minutes.
  8. Turn over after 5 minutes and continue baking until fully crisp.
