Ingredients

  • 9 large boiled potatoes
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 1/3 cups sour cream
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them.
  2. Add the cream cheese, butter, sour cream, onion salt, minced garlic, and pepper to the mashed potatoes.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined and the potatoes are smooth.
