Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 2 cups chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onion
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, chopped tomato, chopped green pepper, chopped cucumber, and sliced green onion.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped parsley, sugar, salt, and garlic salt to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables.
  4. Toss to coat evenly and serve.
