Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium-sized glass bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Microwave on ROAST setting for 8 minutes, stirring twice during cooking.
  4. Let it cool slightly before transferring to a jar or container.
  5. Store in the refrigerator.
