A creamy seafood spread combining tuna, shrimp, or crab with tangy sour cream, olives, and Italian dressing, perfect for entertaining or a flavorful snack with crackers or vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 7 oz. drained tuna or shrimp or crab meat
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. ripe sliced olives
  • 1 (7 oz.) envelope Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1/3 c. picante sauce
  • 1 hard-boiled egg

Instructions

  1. Place seafood of your choice (tuna, shrimp, or crab meat) in a mixing bowl.
  2. Break up the seafood finely with a fork.
  3. Add sour cream, lemon juice, Italian salad dressing mix, picante sauce, and the hard-boiled egg.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator.
  6. Garnish with sliced olives and additional picante sauce if desired.
  7. Serve with crackers, chips, or raw vegetables.
