Ingredients

  • crab
  • 3 c. seasoned Italian bread crumbs
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion, pepper, and celery in vegetable oil.
  2. Mix the sauteed vegetables with crab, seasoned Italian bread crumbs, eggs, garlic powder, paprika, and water.
  3. Shape the mixture into balls.
  4. Deep fry the crab balls until brown.
  5. Serve hot or cold with seafood sauce.
