- Place a slice of ham and Swiss cheese on each chicken piece.

- Remove from refrigerator 15 to 30 minutes before baking.
- Bake in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 30 minutes.

- Prepare the sauce by mixing egg yolk, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
