Ingredients

  • 4 -6 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown chicken in butter.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together and add to the browned chicken.
  3. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve over rice.
